The tour will conclude in Alexandria and you will head back to Cairo to take your flight back to Sharm El Sheikh.
Tour Plan
After breakfast fly from Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo, be met by your Egyptologist Guide who will take you to the iconic Giza Plateau. Marvel at the Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, Mycerinus and of course stand in awe at the giant statue of the Great Sphinx and be amazed with wonderful views across the desert plains, later have lunch in a restaurant before you visit The Grand Egyptian museum with its outstanding treasures including royal antiquities, later be transferred to your Cairo hotel to spend the night.
Head to Alexandria after breakfast, the main port on the Mediterranean coast of Egypt. The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is your first stop and then explore the Citadel of Qaitbay constructed in the same location as the old Lighthouse of Alexandria, followed by Pompey's Pillar and the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, considered one of the most significant monuments in Alexandria. Have lunch at a local restaurant, then be transferred to the Airport to fly to Sharm El Sheikh and back to your hotel.
