If you don’t have enough time and want to explore Cairo, Kemerya Tours created this private tour specially for you. We’ll spend the most wonderful days in Cairo explore Cairo’s best known landmarks. We’ll start with Giza Pyramdis & the sphinx then we’ll discover the ancient treasures of Tut ankh-Amon at the Grand Egyptian Museum, and the second day takes you into the Coptic and Islamic side of Cairo at the Citadel of Salahdin & the Mosque of Muhammad Ali before going to Old Cairo to see its historic churches and religious sites. And if you want to buy Egyptian souvenirs we’ll end our journey at Khan El Khalili.
Tour Plan
- Pickup: Our representative will meet you at your hotel in Hurghada. To take you in a private AC car to start our tour in Cairo.
- Giza Pyramids: We'll start our journey on the Giza Pyramids to explore the history of the Giza Pyramids, including King Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. Each pyramid has its own story, and our Egyptologist tour guide will inform you of the history of each pyramid.
- Great Sphinx: Then we’ll see the Great Sphinx. Standing beside the Giza Pyramids. It’s the face of a pharaoh with a lion body. And it is considered one of the greatest symbols of ancient Egypt.
- Lunchtime: you’ll eat one of the most delicious Egyptian foods in Cairo, take a break, and enjoy your delicious lunch before continuing our journey.
- Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM): After that we’ll go to the Grand Egyptian Museum, the largest archaeological museum dedicated to a single civilization. We will find Ramses II greeting us while we enter the Grand Egyptian Museum. We will discover thousands of the remarkable artifacts that tell the story of ancient Egypt, and it is the newest and the largest archaeological museum dedicated to a single civilization.
- Hotel Night: After this historical journey, our representative will take you to your hotel in Cairo to relax and spend the evening at your own pace.
- Pickup: You should wake up early to enjoy the sunrise of Cairo while taking your breakfast in the hotel, get ready our representative will take you to start our tour today.
- Citadel of Saladin: We’ll go to Citadel of Salahdin to visit the Mosque of Muhammad Ali and enjoy the panoramic views at one of the most iconic landmarks in Cairo.
- Coptic Cairo: Then we’ll go to Coptic Cairo, to visit the Hanging Church, St. Sergius Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue and your Egyptologist guide will tell you and the historical stories about these historic sites.
