Then move on to Coptic Cairo, which is still one of the oldest sections of the city. Here you’ll step into historic churches, see the Hanging Church, and also reach the area many locals and stories point to as the place that sheltered the Holy Family while they travelled through Egypt. After that, your day flows into Islamic Cairo. This area is famous for grand mosques, medieval architecture, and bazaars that never really slow down. Drink your coffee and get ready . Our representative from Kemerya Tours will be waiting for you to pick you up and kick off the adventure.
A private AC car will be waiting to take us directly to our first stop, the Grand Egyptian Museum.
to see thousands of old statues and items, including the famous treasures of King Tutankhamun that stayed under the sand for a very long time.
After that we will visit the Citadel of Saladin. to visit the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali, which has a really cool Ottoman design. after that we will stop to enjoy a nice Egyptian lunch together at a local spot
After lunch we will go to Coptic Cairo. You will get to check out the old Roman Fortress of Babylon and look around the unique Hanging Church.
For our next stop, we will visit the Church of St. Sergius .After that, we will go to the old Islamic side of town to see the Al-Hakim Mosque and enjoy a nice walk through the streets.
