How do I book a trip on your website?

You can easily book by selecting your destination, choosing your travel dates, and following the checkout steps. A confirmation will be sent to your email once the booking is complete.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes, most bookings can be changed or canceled, depending on the airline, hotel, or service provider’s policy. Please check the cancellation terms before confirming your booking.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use secure payment gateways and encryption to keep your personal and payment information safe.

Can I customize my itinerary?

Absolutely. We specialize in tailoring trips to match your preferences, schedule, and budget. Whether you want to add extra days in Luxor, modify your hotel choices, or include specific activities, our team will design a custom itinerary just for you.

Is it safe to travel to Egypt?

Yes, Egypt is a popular and safe destination for international travelers. Major tourist areas, historical sites, and hotels have strong security measures in place. Our private tours also include professional guides and secure, private transportation to ensure a smooth and worry-free experience from the moment you arrive.

What is included in your Egypt tour packages?

Most of our packages include private professional Egyptologist guides, entry tickets to major sights mentioned in the itinerary, private air-conditioned transportation, and select meals or hotel accommodations depending on the specific tour you choose.

What is the best time of year to visit Egypt?

The best time to visit Egypt is from October to April, when temperatures are cooler and ideal for sightseeing and outdoor activities across the country. Peak Season (October to April): Excellent weather with comfortable temperatures (15°C to 25°C / 59°F to 77°F). This is the best period for visiting Cairo, the Pyramids, Luxor, Aswan, and taking Nile Cruises. Shoulder & Summer Season (May to September): Temperatures rise significantly, especially in Upper Egypt (Luxor and Aswan). However, this period offers lower prices, fewer crowds, and ideal conditions for Red Sea coastal resorts like Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh.

Are your tours private or shared in groups?

All of our standard and custom day tours are strictly private. This means you will have your own dedicated vehicle, driver, and personal Egyptologist guide, allowing you to move at your own pace without being rushed by a large tour group.
